The Demo Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by managing product demonstrations and ensuring that all demo units are properly maintained and presented. This position involves coordinating the setup, tracking, and return of demonstration products to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction. The Demo Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of demo inventory, scheduling demos, and assisting with logistics to ensure smooth operations. By effectively managing demo materials and supporting the demonstration process, this role directly contributes to increasing product visibility and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in facilitating seamless demo experiences across various locations within the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move demo products as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and delivery of product demonstration units to various retail locations and events.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all demo products, including tracking usage, condition, and returns.
• Prepare and set up demonstration products to ensure they are in optimal condition for customer interaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and gather feedback from demo sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during the handling and transportation of demo products.
