Account CoordinatorPosition Overview The Account Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and efficient service to customers through daily interaction with clients, sales representatives, production teams, and internal departments. This role supports the National Account Sales Team and requires a strong understanding of production processes to ensure accurate and timely communication. The Account Coordinator will manage customer orders, resolve issues, and provide technical support while maintaining detailed records. A commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate information about customer order status and product inquiriesProcess customer orders, changes, and returns according to department policiesCoordinate with accounts receivable to resolve payment disputesDeliver feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concernsPartner with Sales Representatives to exceed customer service expectationsPrioritize a fluctuating workload and manage multiple accountsCommunicate with clients and sales representatives via phone, email, and memosPlace purchase orders, secure delivery dates, and monitor vendor billing for outside fabricationPurchase print plates and die boards according to specificationsCreate product designs, price quotes, print cards, and box diagramsHandle customer complaints and coordinate timely deliveriesMonitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activityPrepare sales reports, maintain records, and file expense reportsObtain credit information for prospective customersPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of one year in a customer service environmentStrong customer orientation and commitment to service excellenceSuperior organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of the companySelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; previous data entry experience requiredExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-based environmentCompensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive wage of $50,000 to $70,000 with experience, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k).
