Industrial Maintenance Technician

Join a nationwide industry leader in recycling and waste solutions. We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our plant equipment - mainly conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, and sorters - running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Conveyors, Shredders, Balers, Compactors, and Sorters - the equipment that keeps our operation moving.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.

• Work mainly in the facility on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Keep equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• Minimum 5 or more years of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic repair.

• Flexible, team-oriented problem solver who values safety.

• Welding, hydraulic, or forklift skills are not required - but all are valuable and a definite plus (no certs required; MA Hoisting License can be earned on the job).
