Technical Operations Architect - Full-Stack DevOps Operator

**Technical Operations Architect**

We are hiring a Technical Operations Architect to support our Operations Lead across active production systems, including booking/payment platforms, internal CRM tooling, lead-routing automation, and internal systems.

This role is for someone who can keep systems stable, debug production issues, ship safe changes, document clearly, and reduce founder involvement in daily technical execution.

AI tools are part of the workflow, but human review, production safety, and clear thinking come first.

**Responsibilities**

* Support React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and API-based applications
* Debug frontend, backend, admin dashboard, booking, CRM, automation, and internal workflows
* Work with MongoDB, Postgres, Prisma, Redis, APIs, webhooks, and background jobs
* Support Azure App Services, environment variables, logs, deployments, and health checks
* Manage GitHub branches, pull requests, CI/CD checks, release notes, and documentation
* Use AI coding tools carefully for audits, fixes, QA, documentation, and planning
* Run QA before delivery, including regression checks, deployment validation, and rollback planning
* Maintain SOPs, handoff notes, runbooks, decision logs, and known issue tracking

**Required Experience**

* Strong TypeScript experience
* Strong React/Next.js experience
* Strong Node.js/NestJS or similar backend experience
* MongoDB, Postgres, Prisma, and Redis experience
* Azure App Service and deployment experience
* Strong GitHub workflow discipline
* Production debugging experience
* API, webhook, and background job experience
* Controlled use of AI coding tools
* Strong QA discipline
* Excellent written English

**Production Safety**

You must read relevant files, logs, and system context before proposing or applying a change. We do not accept guessed fixes, blind AI-generated diffs, or changes made without understanding the system.

Before marking anything complete, you must provide proof such as logs, screenshots, PR links, test results, deployment notes, reproduction steps, rollback notes, or a clear written explanation.

**Day-One Test**

Please include a 1-page write-up describing a real production incident you debugged. Include the first symptom, what you checked first, what you ruled out, what your first diagnosis got wrong, the permanent fix, and what you would document differently next time.

**Communication**

You must be available for at least 4 hours of overlap per working day with U.S. Central Time. You will report to the Operations Lead and communicate through written updates, task comments, status reports, and structured execution notes.
