Tracking Engineer

Translate business questions from partners into detailed tracking specifications Play a critical role in the enablement of meaningful designed analysis of the company's user experience Ensure that all new and existing products and features have accurate measurement Communicate optimally to end users of the analytics platform how to retrieve the data needed Work independently or with minimal supervision on time-sensitive projects Ensure that third-party tracking such as comScore and Nielsen are validated Create and analyze reports that validate data is populating correctly Create and maintain documentation such as data inventories Operate in a fast-paced environment responsible for driving multiple projects Utilize creative problem-solving skills Easily communicate highly complex data problems into simple solutions Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics implementation projects Perform data quality audits and identify data collection issues Provide thought leadership for data collection and standardization across a global environment Requirements Bachelor's degree (STEM field preferred but not necessary) 2+ years work experience in analytics implementation or equivalent intern experience Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics) Knowledge of tag management tools (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Launch) Highly autonomous, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills Natural curiosity and keen interest in continual learning & improvement Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in analytics implementation, including proficiency in web analytics and tag management tools, while effectively communicating complex data concepts to diverse audiences. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
