A nationally recognized physician and women’s health media expert is seeking an organized, creative, and highly dependable professional to provide personal, administrative, media, and marketing support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. Responsibilities may include managing a busy calendar, coordinating appointments and travel, filming social media content, drafting captions, organizing media appearances, communicating with partners, running errands, and keeping projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, comfortable with changing priorities, and able to move easily between a medical office, filming environment, digital platforms, and personal-assistant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Personal and Executive Support

• Manage clinical, business, media, and personal calendars
• Schedule appointments, meetings, interviews, filming sessions, and events
• Organize travel, itineraries, confirmations, and transportation
• Monitor email, draft correspondence, and track follow-up items
• Coordinate with producers, publicists, physicians, vendors, and family members
• Manage errands, shopping, returns, shipping, appointments, and household vendors
• Organize receipts, bills, reimbursements, subscriptions, and approved expenses
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

Social Media and Content

• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Substack
• Maintain a content calendar focused on women’s health, menopause, hormones, sexual health, wellness, and healthy aging
• Draft captions, short video scripts, newsletters, and educational posts
• Film and lightly edit short-form videos
• Create simple graphics, captions, and thumbnails using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Repurpose podcasts, interviews, lectures, and longer videos into social media content
• Research health topics, news, trends, and content opportunities
• Track engagement, audience growth, and inquiries

Media, Marketing, and Partnerships

• Coordinate television, podcast, video, speaking, press, and photo-shoot logistics
• Prepare research, talking points, call sheets, schedules, and briefing materials
• Organize digital media files, headshots, biographies, press clips, and brand assets
• Research podcasts, conferences, brands, sponsors, and potential collaborators
• Draft outreach and follow-up emails
• Maintain an organized contact and partnership tracker
• Support email marketing, events, patient education, and local practice marketing

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in personal assistance, executive support, social media, marketing, media production, or a similar role
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through completion
• Excellent judgment and discretion with confidential information
• Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and clean driving record
• Flexibility for occasional filming, events, travel, or time-sensitive needs

Preferred Experience

• Supporting a physician, public figure, founder, entrepreneur, or media personality
• Working in women’s health, healthcare, wellness, beauty, longevity, media, or entertainment
• Using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools, CRM platforms, or QuickBooks
• Filming and editing short-form social media videos
• Podcast booking, press outreach, sponsorships, email marketing, or expense management

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position requiring regular on-site work in Beverly Hills and local driving throughout Los Angeles. We will reimburse approved mileage and business expenses.

The position may require lifting packages or production equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. A confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement and a lawful job-related background check will be required.
