Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator will support the Client Tool Install Contract Administration and Change Management teams through contract administration, buyout support, compliance tracking, documentation control, stakeholder coordination, and timely resolution of open items throughout the project lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities Provide general contract administration support for subcontract agreements, documentation, compliance records, routing, reporting, and closeout activities. Support buyout activities by reviewing subcontract documentation, tracking package status, maintaining buyout logs, and following up on missing information or open items. Review subcontract documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Prime Contract requirements, project requirements, and company standards. Support the Change Management team by tracking change documentation, maintaining status updates, assisting with reporting, and coordinating required contract support. Monitor subcontractor compliance requirements, including insurance, bonds, releases, lien waivers, safety documents, and other required documentation. Maintain accurate records in Procore, SharePoint, Excel, Quickbase, and other approved systems to support audit-ready documentation. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Construction, CM/GC partners, and project stakeholders to resolve contract, compliance, buyout, or documentation issues. Prepare status updates, trackers, dashboards, and reports related to subcontract administration, buyout progress, compliance, and change management support. Support subcontract closeout by tracking required documentation, resolving gaps, and confirming records are complete. Provide additional contract administration support, follow-up, coordination, or project support as needed by the Contract Administration and Change Management teams. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, subcontract administration, tool install or construction administration, or a related field. Experience supporting construction or tool insstall buyout processes, subcontract package tracking, and post-award administration. Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong ability to work with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Construction, CM/GC partners, and project stakeholders. Proficiency with Procore, SharePoint, Excel, Quickbase, and similar project or document control systems. Preferred Tool Install experience, particularly in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large capital construction programs. Preferred Candidate Profile The preferred candidate is detail-focused, proactive, organized, collaborative, and experienced in buyout and subcontract administration. The candidate should provide reliable support to the Contract Administration and Change Management teams while keeping documentation, trackers, compliance items, and follow-up activities current. #J-18808-Ljbffr
