- Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and applicable regulations
- Will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support contract execution, minimize risk, and ensure operational efficiency
- Strong communication and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and understand contract language
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration
- Experience in construction, corporate, or legal environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Temp to hire
- Monday-Thursday, 9 hours, Friday 4 hours in the morning (exact schedule will be worked out with hiring manager)
- $30-34/hr.
