Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances, so as to foster personal growth and resilience.

• Co-create therapeutic goals with clients, and consistently monitor their progress to ensure that the treatment plan evolves as their needs change.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse client base, including adults, as well as children and adolescents facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• Affectively licensed and credentialed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
