You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data-driven roadmaps, develop governance frameworks, and drive insights that enable business transformation.Your ImpactAssist in developing and implementing data strategies that align with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance, quality, and security best practices.Support the design and implementation of data architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Work with engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.Assist in developing data roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics to track strategy effectiveness.Stay updated on emerging trends in data management, AI, and analytics to drive innovation.Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or a related field.Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and best practices.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Set Yourself Apart WithExperience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in data strategy.Certifications in data management or cloud platforms.Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).Additional informationBase Pay Range: $82,000 - $120,000The range shown reflects a grouping of compensation ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
