Maintenance TechnicianA leading company in the industrial cooling systems sector is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic, while playing a key part in keeping our facilities running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, a strong safety mindset, and the versatility to handle everything from preventive maintenance to fabrication and facility repairs.What It OffersCompetitive Pay: $25–$33/hr, DOE, + differential (various shifts)Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) Match)Hands-On Variety Across Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic SystemsCompany-Paid Forklift Certification & Ongoing TrainingStable, Growing Organization with Room to AdvanceKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections.Complete work orders and data input in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment, tools, and work areas.Operate and utilize machine tools for fabrication as necessary.Assist in ordering and managing parts and supplies inventory.Maintain accurate records, including schematics, drawings, and photographs.Repair and replace pipes, fittings, and systems for various equipment, including pumps and compressors.Provide facility maintenance services, such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting.Contribute to continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices.Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with tools, machinery, and hazardous materials.Work closely with other team members, including engineers, quality control staff, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.Communicate any issues that may impact production schedules or quality to management promptly.Qualifications4 years of maintenance experience, preferably within a heavy manufacturing environment.Experience with electrical systems, including 480-volt connections.Knowledge of crane operation and welding equipment.Proficient in plumbing and mechanical equipment repair.Ability to read and interpret machine blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Strong experience with preventive maintenance procedures and work order systems.Forklift training and certification (provided by the company).CNC machine experience is highly preferred.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
