This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with company policies and standards, while driving process optimization and streamlining initiatives.This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardsIdentify opportunities for process optimization and streamliningCoordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTrack project progress, milestones, and deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project executionCommunicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadershipREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldExperience with project management softwareStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflowsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsFamiliarity with process qualification and documentation practicesExperience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr WCL Group
