Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Project Coordinator to manage and support projects from initiation through completion. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate excels in communication, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, production, and logistics teams
• Track project progress and proactively address risks or delays
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status updates
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations to customers
• Manage order processing, scheduling, and fulfillment activities as needed
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining strong relationships
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or operations support
• S trong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Verona, WI.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Verona,WI.
