As a Manufacturing Lead, you will play a critical role in assisting leadership to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of production workers, schedule production activities, and execute process improvements to optimize manufacturing processes at the direction of operations management. Additionally, you will need to ensure that the manufacturing operations comply with all safety regulations.
