Overview Title: Licensed Physical Therapist Employment Type: Full Time Work Hours: Monday through Friday City: Bettendorf State: Iowa Responsibilities Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals. Treat patients, address concerns, and provide education on injuries and conditions; monitor progress, and modify treatment as needed to meet patient goals. Consult with treating physicians and cultivate relationships with referral providers. Document patient evaluations, re-evaluations, daily progress notes, treatments, and discharges in a timely and accurate manner. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ORA clinical policies and standards while providing high-level care. Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Current, unencumbered, active Physical Therapist license in Iowa. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates welcome. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance; strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
