Salary: $70,000$75,000 + Benefits & Growth Opportunities
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead a busy, high-volume casual dining restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds successful teams, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.

- Experience in a high-volume restaurant
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style
- Strong ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
- Commitment to excellent food quality, service, and hospitality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional late nights
