Work Environment

This position is based in a remote work environment, allowing for flexible schedules tailored to both counselor and client needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish effective treatment plans compatible with clients' individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapted for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate record of clinical encounters, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and emotional health.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment through ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews, contributing to best practices and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the therapeutic services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on the individual's caseload and experience.
