Position Purpose We are seeking a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Bell/Door Person to welcome guests and provide seamless assistance throughout their arrival and departure. This role plays a vital part in creating the first and last impression of Hotel Phoenix, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with professionalism and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure. Assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and directions. Maintain lobby cleanliness and readiness, always anticipating guest needs. Coordinating with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure smooth guest flow. Uphold hotel security standards while providing discreet and courteous service. To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of products. To have an understanding of the Hotel's Vision & Mission statement as communicated to the team. Requirements Prior experience in a hotel front services role preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to lift and transport guest luggage. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
