About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 3 years License: Pending License accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Strong assessment and IV skills; previous cardiac step testing experience preferred Description: 16 weeks RN ICU position available. Start date is 3-4 weeks from compliance tier. Shift is from 07:00 to 17:30. Occasional Saturday from 07:30 to 16:00, typically one Saturday every 5-6 weeks. Weekend requirements vary, typically one Saturday every 5-6 weeks. First-timers are not accepted. On-call requirements are not applicable. Candidates must have 3+ years of nursing experience in a cardiac step down, ICU, or cardiac procedural area. CDL nurses perform a variety of cardiac testing and administer echocardiogram image enhancement contrast for cardiac sonographers in fast-paced inpatient and outpatient locations. Must be BLS and ACLS certified. Must be available to participate in a fair rotation of pre/post holiday coverage dates. All staff will float within the service line as necessary. Compliance requirements must be met prior to starting.
