Fitness Professional - Stretch Therapist

Benefits Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Training & development Continuing education credits We are seeking an energetic and passionate Personal Trainer, licensed massage therapist or PT Aide to join our dynamic team as a stretch therapist at StretchMed in Marlborough. In this role, you will deliver tailored stretching sessions designed to meet individual client goals, educate clients on body mechanics and physiology, and promote overall health and flexibility. Your enthusiasm for fitness, muscle recovery and wellness will inspire clients to achieve their best selves while fostering a positive, motivating atmosphere. Duties Conduct personalized stretching sessions utilizing PNF and static techniques to improve clients’ flexibility and reduce stress Assess clients’ body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to develop effective stretch programs Educate clients on proper movement, posture, and injury prevention strategies Design customized stretch programs aligned with client goals, fitness levels, and health conditions Promote the benefits of stretching for overall health, sports performance, and injury recovery Maintain detailed records of client progress, session plans, and health information Support the growth of the studio through engaging fitness sales efforts and excellent customer service Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to stretching and movement therapy Experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education is highly desirable Strong understanding of program design tailored to individual needs and goals Background in sports coaching or fitness sales is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate diverse clients Certification in personal training or related fitness disciplines preferred; ongoing education in stretching or physical therapy is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Join us at StretchMed where your passion for health and wellness can truly make a difference!
