We are seeking a Clinical/ Business Assistant to become a part of our team! You will assist with patient services.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and Break Down Operatories
- Bring patients back and prepare them for their visit
- Work collaboratively with multiple audiologists and Business assistants
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Assist with patient visit were needed
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish/English
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience is customer service
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Spanish and English
- Strong self-starter, be able to evaluate the needs within the practice
