IT Program Manager - Community Connect

Salary: $106,080 - 176,820.8 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Epic certification in clinical or revenue cycle required
• 3 years of IT program or project management experience with a degree required
• 5 years of IT program or project management experience without a degree required
• Experience working on Epic installations or enhancements is required
• We are seeking a seasoned Epic analyst with project management experience

• Oversee and coordinate multiple interconnected technical projects within our Technical Program Management Office
• Ensure programs and projects align with business goals, strategic priorities, and established program management practices
• Provide centralized program governance, expertise, and support to improve execution efficiency
• Develop and roll out best-practice templates and guidelines for technical program and project management
• Train and mentor project teams on program management methods
• Track interdependencies across technical projects to support smooth delivery and business alignment
• Compile, analyze, and present consolidated project status and financial updates to leadership
• Monitor adherence to methodologies, budgets, and schedules, including audit and compliance review support when needed
• Coordinate resources, assess risks, and define scope for major technical projects and programs
• Build strong working relationships with organizational leadership to resolve conflicts and address project issues
• Influence stakeholders outside direct reporting lines on policies, practices, and procedures
• Help grow our Community Connect program
• Partner with IT and Operations to implement new SOWs
• Implement a new volume-based cost model
• Support additional Community Connect site implementations
• Support a customer in a CSM capacity

We are hiring an IT Program Manager - Community Connect for a remote role based in Virginia Beach, VA, working first shift. We require candidates to live within driving distance of one of our facilities. This position supports our Community Connect program and offers a market-competitive compensation package, with a full-time base pay range of $106,080.00 to $176,820.80 and additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
