The Mission As an Experience Manager at RMC Resort Management, you'll turn every resort moment into something guests can't stop talking about - on Hilton Head Island, onsite, full time, at $25-$30/hour. This role exists to elevate the guest journey through sharp coordination, fast problem-solving, and a relentless focus on service excellence. Lead and refine on-property guest experience touchpoints and service standards Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth, memorable arrivals, stays, and departures Handle escalations with calm urgency, resolving issues and spotting patterns to prevent repeats Track feedback and share clear, actionable improvements Required qualifications/skills: Strong communication, organization, and customer-first judgment Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment Confident decision-making and a consistent, professional presence Your Daily Rush You start by scanning guest feedback and today's occupancy pulse, then set quick priorities with the front-line team.
