Regional Sales Manager (South East)

Role Overview Biamp Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to serve the southeastern United States. The RSM will manage and support Building Infrastructure sales and the dealer channel. The position is home‑based and requires about 75% travel within the southeastern region, with occasional travel outside the territory. Key Responsibilities Devise and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with building infrastructure sales channel partners. Develop, build, nurture and maintain close relationships with dealer channel partners. Collaborate with Biamp stakeholders to ensure project success. Collaborate on dealer account strategies with Biamp sales team members and cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives. Meet and exceed regional sales targets. Engage in pre‑sales activities, including discovery meetings with current and prospective end‑user accounts. Coordinate internal Biamp team meetings, develop go‑to‑market strategies, draft implementation plans, and align internal resources. Track reporting and dashboard metrics for sales and implementation objectives and timelines. Lead quarterly business reviews with account executive teams, key stakeholders, and Biamp leadership. Drive agendas, develop and deliver content. Articulate the Biamp value proposition. Respond promptly to account inquiries. Drive attendance at Biamp sales‑led events. Identify opportunities for cross‑sell and up‑sell. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Required Qualifications 5+years of low‑voltage / security / audio‑video dealer account management experience. 2+years of audio sales experience. Enthusiasm for the market and its new opportunities. Strong business‑development skills. Comprehensive understanding of professional sound‑management technologies and industry practices regarding system design, deployment, and operation. Executive‑level communication, planning, and presentation skills. Natural tendency toward building mutually beneficial partnerships. Ability to create quick, strong rapport with partners and sales executives. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously. Attention to detail and follow‑up.
