Commercial Escrow Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support a high-volume commercial escrow team for a leading title company in Dallas, TX. This individual will provide critical support throughout the commercial transaction lifecycle, including preparing settlement packages, entering wire information, coordinating funding, reviewing escrow documentation, and assisting with closings. The ideal candidate has a strong escrow background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced production environment. This role works closely with Commercial Escrow Officers, Senior Clo , lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time. This position is fully onsite, 5 days per week in Dallas, TX.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-4+ years of escrow experience, preferably supporting commercial real estate transactions
• Experience preparing settlement statements, coordinating funding, and supporting closings from opening through post-closing
• Strong understanding of escrow processes, including receiving funds, entering wire instructions, and coordinating with lenders and buyers
• Experience managing multiple files simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with escrow software systems


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Commercial escrow experience supporting large or complex transactions
• Experience with SoftPro, RamQuest, or similar escrow/title software platforms
• Previous title industry experience, including reviewing title commitments and requirements
• Experience supporting a Commercial Escrow Officer or Senior Closer
• Texas title and escrow experience with knowledge of local closing procedures
