Escrow Officer Opportunity
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a growing title company. The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Assisting Commercial Escrow Officers with commercial real estate transactions from opening through post-closing.
- Opening and maintaining escrow files and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
- Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Preparing escrow-related documents, closing packages, settlement statements, and correspondence.
- Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate timely closings.
- Monitoring transaction timelines and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Assisting with escrow funding, disbursements, and post-closing activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, underwriting requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, legal, or related administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
