About the Internship Our Summer Internship Program, beginning in June 2026, provides immersive training and an introduction to Santander. It is designed for undergraduate or graduate students with expected graduation between December 2026 and May/June 2027. What you will gain Practical experience on technical and interpersonal skills. Exposure to analytics, competitive research, strategic planning, financial modeling, executive communication, and data analytics. Compensation Undergraduate student: $52,000/year Graduate student: $62,400/year Responsibilities Assist with distribution strategy initiatives such as network strategy and planning, branch model design, and the rollout of new banker roles. Support performance reporting by gathering data, building dashboards, and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with internal teams on training development, field communications, and enablement activities aligned to strategic goals. Conduct research and prepare presentation materials to support planning and decision‑making across transformation projects. Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate student with expected graduation date between December 2026 or May/June 2027. Area of study: Business, MBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. Cumulative GPA 3.5 or above. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail. Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently on special projects. Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Coursework in accounting, finance, economics, or business. Experience with Microsoft Office products, SQL, Excel.
