Your profile: You hold a State Nurses diploma. You have more than 2 years of experience in cardiology, and more specifically in heart failure. You aim for the Med-Tech / Healthcare sector for the future of your career. You speak fluent French and are comfortable in an English-speaking environment (not mandatory but ideal). You are proficient in various tools: Excel, Slack, Notion, CRM tools, etc. You have experience in telehealth and are comfortable with remote work. Your responsibilities: Our software is the only SaaS platform aggregating and processing data from active implantable medical devices (IMDs) and connected scales. Centralizing all data on a single platform is extremely practical for managing the patients clinical situation. Our telehealth solution for heart failure is expanding. You will join the Heart Failure service of the Customer Success International department, alongside a Lead Nurse, nurses, and medical secretaries, to take care of all heart failure patients monitored remotely./ppYour responsibilities include: Remote monitoring of patients and their well-being. Management of clinical events, pre-filtering (alerts from connected devices, e.g., scales). Optional therapeutic education sessions with patients. Regular symptom monitoring. Management of technical alerts from patients. Close coordination with our team of external nurses. Close coordination with medical teams of centers.
