Outside Sales Account Manager - Industrial Component Service and Repair

Essential Functions Work with your manager to create a sales plan and develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts. Build and sustain long‑term business relationships with customers. Execute full‑cycle prospecting activities—qualify leads, conduct cold calls, prepare and deliver sales presentations. Make regular in‑person sales calls to current and prospective customers. Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals. Use tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory. Experience, Education, and Skills High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or engineering, or a 2‑year technical degree in an industrial discipline, mechanics, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience, with a preference for experience selling repair services in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components. Knowledge of rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment for mobile and industrial machinery is a plus. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and make on‑site customer visits in industrial settings.
