Accounts Receivable Representative

Account Receivable I
The Account Receivable I is part of the Accounting Department located in Fargo, North Dakota and will be an on-site position. You will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and be a part of the Account Receivable Team, responsible for all things related to Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with clients to collect outstanding debts while ensuring collection clients are met to maintain positive cash flow
- Identify slow-moving or delinquent accounts and communicate key details to management to support escalation and further follow-up
- Investigate and resolve account issues in a timely and efficient manner
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial function
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and hands-on AR/collections experience will be considered
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Office
