As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will run recruiting end to end for our US office while partnering closely with our global teams. You will be hands-on from day one: personally sourcing and closing our most senior hires, building the process and standards behind them, and establishing AXQ as a destination for top quantitative talent — with the opportunity to grow the function as we scale. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the recruiting lifecycle, from role definition through offer and close Expanding our campus pipeline: university partnerships and internships Sourcing and closing portfolio managers, senior researchers, and engineers Improving recruiting operations, analytics, and firm-wide interview quality Investing in our employer brand through events, conferences, and strategic partnerships Qualifications 4+ years recruiting at a fund, trading firm, or tech company, campus to senior hires Ambition to build and lead a recruiting function as the firm scales Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with direct outreach Data- and process-driven; you manage pipelines by the numbers Excellent communication skills, from campus candidates to senior hires Fluency with AI tooling and an ATS such as Greenhouse Highly organized and self-directed across concurrent projects Bachelor’s degree Additional Information We are unable to provide U.S. visa sponsorship for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr AXQ Capital
