Automotive Claims Adjuster

Providing essential support to the claims department, the full-time remote Automotive Claims Adjuster will manage a high volume of claims calls, open new claims, review documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities Handle incoming claims calls, collect and verify claim information, and provide status updates to customers Review and authorize claims while maintaining Key Performance Indicators related to claims audits and contact center adherence Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, managing escalated cases and ensuring all documentation is complete Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Automotive Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of three years of experience in automotive claims handling or as an automotive technician/service advisor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized software applications Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM with accuracy Strong mathematical aptitude and experience in mechanical inspections preferred
