Key Responsibilities\n

Your work will primarily involve collaborating with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with various emotional and psychological challenges. You will support patients in overcoming obstacles related to marriage and family dynamics, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions, fostering resilience and promoting healthier lifestyle choices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional therapeutic, counseling, and communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience with evidenced-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
