REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator, or similar role (2 years preferred).
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics applications, architecture, and modules.
- Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics configuration, batch processing, and workflow design.
- Proficiency in user management, access control, and permissions allocation within Microsoft Dynamics environments.
- Strong knowledge of supporting release and change management processes.
- Microsoft Dynamics performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent documentation and knowledge management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics administration or related areas are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
