Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within small‑and medium‑size customer segments Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and referrals Develop and maintain a portfolio of small‑and medium‑size customer accounts Convert qualified opportunities into active, revenue‑generating customer accounts Collaborate with internal operations teams to develop effective transportation and logistics solutions Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within company CRM systems Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1‑3 years of sales, business development, commercial, or related experience preferred Experience building customer relationships and supporting revenue growth initiatives preferred Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and pipeline management tools preferred Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
