This role focuses on invoice entry, purchase order matching, vendor maintenance, discrepancy resolution, and payment support while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.Enter and process vendor invoices and credit memos.Maintain accurate vendor account records.Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.Verify invoice approvals, coding, and documentation.Respond to vendor and internal AP inquiries.Support payment processing and payment runs.Assist with vendor reconciliations and month-end activities.Maintain organized AP records and files.Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and other departments.Accounts Payable Coordinator Qualifications:1–3 years of Accounts Payable, accounting support, or high-volume data entry experience preferred.Strong data entry and 10-key skills with exceptional accuracy.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred; QAD experience is a plus.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
