ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm since 1996, beginning my career as a team member before moving into management and eventually opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Texas, where I studied Marketing and played football. My wife and I have two sons, and I enjoy building both strong teams and lasting customer relationships.

Giving back to the community is a priority for me. I serve on the Board of the National Football Foundation, stay active in my local church, and support a variety of charitable organizations and community events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jim Saxton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
