Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2016, built on a foundation of teamwork, trust, and genuine care for both our customers and our team members. Before opening the agency, I worked as an entrepreneur, and my inspiration to join State Farm came from my uncle, who was also an agent. I'm a proud Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in finance. My wife, who has been an integral part of our agency for eight years, works alongside me, making this truly a family-run business. Outside the office, I love spending time outdoorswhether that's fishing, kayaking, or tending to our small farm filled with chickens, goats, and cows. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dan Walker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
