- # Part-Time Ambulatory Surgery Center Registered Nurse (OR experience required)- Matthews Surgery CenterThe **ASC Registered Nurse (RN)** will exemplify our organization’s values of Quality, Teamwork, Service and Community. Demonstrated technical expertise in orthopedic peri-operative nursing and clinical care. This individual will is also be responsible for the coordination of the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment.**Essential Functions:*** The RN is able to function as a team member in an ASC environment through cross-training to other primary areas including but not limited to assisting with turnover, and all other aspects of day-to-day ASC operations.* Responsible for the coordination of the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment.* Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, College or University.* Current License/registration by NC as a registered Nurse.* BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.### ### **Employee Type**Regular## **Qualifications**### **Skills**### **Education**### **Certifications**Registered Nurse - National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN), developed by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing### **Language**### **Work Experience**At OrthoCarolina, our team is our greatest asset and the foundation of our success.
