Implementation Manager II

Leading the successful onboarding of new clients, the full-time Implementation Manager II will manage implementation activities, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring a seamless transition from sale to go-live in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Independently lead end-to-end client implementations for complex accounts while managing timelines and deliverables Facilitate discussions with clients and brokers regarding benefit design and implementation approaches, proactively managing risks and expectations Coordinate with internal teams and maintain documentation to ensure a high-quality implementation experience Required qualifications AA/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Communications, or a related field preferred 3-5+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or client onboarding roles 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading successful projects Experience using workplace tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
