Key Skill - heavy Adobe InDesign experience and previous work with large print pieces (50+ pages).

Summary: The main function of a Graphic Designer is to create designs, concepts and layouts of pitch and property marketing materials. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems
• Develop overall layout and production design of publications
• Create charts and graphs from data given
• Create maps and diagrams highlighting area amenities

Will support Office & Industrial team for the Minnesota market -- primarily focused on building/creating 30-40 page Offering Memorandum from scratch
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are the key primary skills

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred
• 2-4 years experience required
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability
• Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print and electronic
• Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design
• Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images
• Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software with an emphasis on Adobe InDesign
• Background in commercial real estate design and marketing a plus



Additional Important Notes:

• Will support Office & Industrial team for the Minnesota market -- primarily focused on building/creating 30-40 page Offering Memorandum from scratch
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are the key primary skills
• IN OFFICE EXPECTATION: 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE (Parking will be validated)
• Contract targeted to run through 09/08/26 to 02/28/27
