Home Health LPN: Skilled Nursing Visits & Wound Care
Assured and Associates
Assured and Associates is seeking a skilled home health care nurse in Georgia. This role involves providing follow-up nursing visits, reporting on patient conditions, and preparing visit reports. Candidates must have a high school diploma and hold a valid RN or LPN license in good standing. The ideal applicant will assist with medication, take vital signs, and maintain patient confidentiality.
