Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming patients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression in the clinic.

• Calendar Optimization: Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently to maximize provider schedules and reduce patient wait times.

• Communications Routing: Manage multi-line phone systems by answering calls promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate clinical or administrative staff.

• Records Maintenance: Input, update, and audit digital and physical patient charts to ensure absolute data integrity and compliance.

• Financial Processing: Handle point-of-service collections, verify financial records, and facilitate smooth patient check-out procedures.

• Administrative Support: Execute daily data entry, process required medical paperwork, and handle standard documentation accurately and on time.

• Inventory Control: Monitor the levels of office and clinical supplies, assisting leadership with stock replenishment and equipment upkeep.

• Lobby Upkeep: Ensure the reception area and waiting room remain orderly, sanitary, and inviting for all visitors.

• Care Coordination: Assist the medical team by tracking patient arrivals and managing internal clinic flow to optimize daily operations.
