MARKETING DIRECTOR – LAW FIRM

Miami, FL | $130,000–$150,000 | Mostly Remote After Training

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to take charge of the firm’s overall marketing, branding, digital presence, and business development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership and working directly with attorneys and firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all law firm marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
• Oversee the firm’s website, social media, digital marketing, branding, and content.
• Manage advertising, public relations, events, and community outreach.
• Work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to increase visibility and support business development.
• Manage outside marketing vendors and agencies as needed.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience preferred.
• Law firm marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, creative, professional, and self-motivated.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.

Compensation & Work Schedule

$130,000–$150,000 annually , based on experience.

Initial Training Period: The Marketing Director will work full-time in the Miami office during the initial training and onboarding period . This in-office period is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the firm, its attorneys, practice areas, culture, and marketing priorities.

After Training: Once the candidate is fully trained and successfully established in the role, the position will transition to a mostly remote work schedule , with occasional in-office attendance as needed for meetings, events, or other firm-related activities.
