For Your Eyes Only is seeking a reliable, motivated Optometric Technician / Receptionist to support our optometrists and provide outstanding patient care. If you're a detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in eye care.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and prepare them for eye exams
- Perform pre-testing (visual acuity, tonometry, retinal imaging, ect)
- Record and maintain accurate patient
- Assist doctors during exams and with diagnostic equipment
- Educate patients on eyewear, contact lenses, and eye health
- Handle scheduling, insurance verification and payments
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and efficient
