Part-Time Receptionist – Classic Genesis

Classic Genesis, located in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking to add a part-time Receptionist to our team.

Work Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Responsibilities

Our Receptionist serves as the dealership's front-line contact with our customers and the public and must represent Classic Genesis in a professional, welcoming, and friendly manner at all times.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls
• Taking accurate and thorough messages
• Providing basic information to callers
• Greeting customers as they enter the dealership
• Directing customers to the appropriate salesperson, manager, or department
• Answering general customer inquiries
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception and showroom environment
• Providing general clerical and administrative support as needed
