Learning and Development Specialist

Collaborate with Solina Group on the design and development of training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date Deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning training programs Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements Manage the learning management system and maintain accurate training records Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development Collaborate with employees and managers on performance management, career paths, and individual development plans Perform other duties as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field 3+ years of experience in L&D and/or training Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work 100% on-site at the Bolingbrook, Illinois facility Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and delivering training programs, utilizing learning management systems, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
