Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to a highly skilled accounting professional to take ownership of the financial reporting requirements of the company. Duties Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Closing Month End. Perform general ledger accounting and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and review journal entries, account analysis, and ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO). Conduct monthly financial report writing, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal review and external reporting. Perform detailed account reconciliation tasks including general ledger reconciliation and checkbook register to identify discrepancies or errors promptly. Experience Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar bookkeeping role with comprehensive knowledge of corporate accounting principles. Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Quick Books Enterprise. Strong understanding of GAAP standards. Demonstrated ability in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management. Job Type: Full-time $52,000 to $58,240 #J-18808-Ljbffr
