Floor Technician - Full-Time 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Full Time Monday - Friday 2p-10p SUMMARY Keeps the facility in clean, orderly conditions by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.) Cleans all floors by sweeping and mopping in the facility such as common areas, dining room, hallways, kitchen etc. Empties trash cans and disposes in the correct location Able to use cleaning floor machine Vacuums hallways within facility Trash routes Performs light maintenance and creates order forms of needed maintenance QUALIFICATIONS Must perform each essential duty satisfactory Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Must pass drug screening and background check.
