You will be the primary HR resource on the ground, working closely with plant leadership and floor employees to handle employee relations, support compliance, manage grievances, and help build a strong, consistent people culture.This role also carries real growth potential. The company is building toward a model where this person could eventually oversee HR across multiple sites, making it a meaningful step for someone who wants to grow into a broader HR leadership position.This is not a corporate HR role where you sit behind a desk waiting for tickets.
